5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Same-day or express deliveries are strictly non-cancellable.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, weather, or traffic are not our responsibility.
If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be left with a neighbor or rescheduled.

7. Non-Delivery & Failed Deliveries

No refunds will be provided in cases of:

8. Refunds & Returns

Flowers and perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds are considered only for wrong or damaged products.
Damage must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
