Delivery Coordination & Surprise Policy

All deliveries are coordinated through a prior phone call to the recipient to confirm availability. To maintain the element of surprise, we never disclose the contents of the delivery and generally refer to it as a parcel or registered delivery.

Favish Blooms is not responsible if the recipient is unavailable at the specified address and time.

Recipient Unavailability & Re-Delivery

• If the recipient is not present, the courier will wait up to 15 minutes.
• The order may be handed to a reliable person at the location if deemed appropriate.
• If delivery cannot be completed and the sender cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to our facility.
• Re-delivery requires an additional charge.
• Orders declined for re-delivery are non-refundable.

Delivery Photo Report (Optional)

The Delivery Photo Report is an optional paid service. With the recipient’s consent, the courier will take a photo at the moment of delivery and send it to the sender.

Photo quality may vary due to lighting or environmental conditions. Recipient privacy is always respected.

Holiday & Peak-Day Deliveries

On high-demand dates such as Valentine’s Day (14 February) and International Women’s Day (8 March), early ordering is recommended. Exact delivery timing cannot always be guaranteed during peak periods.
